Viewing the size of folders

It drives me nuts trying to free up space on a hard drive that has reached capacity - you need to check the properties of each folder to figure out where the free space has gone. This tool - http://foldersize.sourceforge.net/- adds a column to the 'detail' view in Explorer, so you can see at a glance where the space hogs are:
